ErgoPillow is a considered a class 1 medical device, with pending FDA and Health Canada registration.  It is often covered by standard health insurance, but we recommend that you check your individual policy for confirmation.

ErgoPillow is made to fit everyone.  The design allows the head to sink into the contours of the pillow, supporting the head from leaning to the side, while promoting proper cervical spine alignment.  The luxury-grade memory foam molds perfectly to an individual’s unique neck and head shape.

For hygienic reasons, ErgoPillow cannot be returned once used.  If purchased through a partner, please contact them directly to determine their specific return policy.

The memory foam pillow cannot be saturated with water. Washing the pillow will break down the components of the memory foam and destroy the pillow. The pillow may be sponged off lightly with a mild non-fragrance disinfectant soap, such as a liquid hand soap or a mild dishwashing liquid.  The outer cover, however, is removable and machine washable.

Like any polyurethane foam product, the pillow will eventually take on a darker hue, when exposed to light and air. This is a natural process which does not affect performance or function.
